The program, which is open to the public, will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26 at Eagle Vale Country Club, 4344 Nine Mile Point Road in Fairport.
Participants will study the Disney Co.'s world renowned customer and quality service strategies and learn how to define and integrate quality service practices into their own organizations, for immediate results.
Tickets are $395, and include breakfast, lunch and seminar materials. Register before Sept. 24, using the promotional code RBACNE, and receive $50 off each admission. Discounts are also available to companies sending 10 or more people to the event.
