Rochester Business Alliance and Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency entered into a strategic partnership in 2009 to address community-wide transformational change in health and health care delivery.

Their first major project is the High Blood Pressure Collaborative, a community-wide initiative to improve management of high blood pressure, with a goal of reducing complications linked to this all-too-common condition as a way to ultimately lower health care costs across the community.
