On March 5, nearly 100 RBA members attended a 2-hour seminar on the new Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations that became effective Jan. 16. RBA hosted the seminar and welcomed three presenters from Boylan, Brown, Code, Vigdor and Wilson, LLP - Sharon Stiller, Susan Schultz Laluk, and Ed Steve.

Employers listened and posed several questions as the presenters shared information on the various FMLA changes and provided guidance on how employers should implement the changes in their policies and practices.
