During this session, led by a local expert on Chinese life and culture, you learn such things as:

• What and how to pack for the nine-day trip - including snacks and other important items
• What to expect when you arrive in China
• What a respectful visitor should know about Chinese culture. including local customs and even a bit of the language
• Advice on shopping smart, including whether to use cash, credit cards or traveler's checks, as well as how to negotiate with vendors
• Ensuring a safe and healthy trip, including advice on food and beverages, keeping your belongings safe and personal safety.
