Pastore: Upstate Roofing & Painting, Inc is engaged in professional roofing, roof management services and a variety of surface-coatings in their newly developed painting division. Concern. Honesty. Question: Who are some of your competitors?
Pastore: Are major competitors are the other roofing and painting contractors local to Rochester, however, we believe that we offer specialty services that set us apart from the competition.

Question: Where do you see your company in ten years?
Pastore: In 10 years, the company will have successfully maintained the long-term relationships with existing customers, built new relationships and will have grown in areas which will enhance our services as well as benefit our customers.

Question: What does it mean to Upstate Roofing & Painting, Inc to be on the Top 100?
Pastore: It's a great honor and a milestone that we have been striving to achieve. Together our teammates have reached the goal and celebrated the accomplishment. Without our dedicated teammates, it would not have been possible.

Question: What additional services can the Rochester Business Alliance provide to help your business?
Pastore: The RBA has a wealth of services that we have only begun to explore.

Question: What would you like to see happen in our region, and in our state, to help businesses thrive?
Pastore: In order to help businesses thrive in our local economy, we need to keep the young people in the area. Give them opportunities to stay and support our local economy and the businesses they grew up with.

Question: What signs of optimism do you see in the local economy?
Pastore: Lately there have been signs of businesses relocating here and companies expanding.

Question: What are the biggest opportunities you see ahead, as well as the biggest challenges?
Pastore: Our biggest opportunities lie in enhancing our services to our loyal customers to better service their needs with the integrity that our company believes in. The biggest challenge is not retaining loyal employees, but finding new employees in a limited market.
