Question: Tell me briefly about Benefit Resource, Inc.
DiBarnaba: Benefit Resource Inc. was formed in 1993 with a vision to become a dedicated third-party administrator for pre-tax employee benefit plans. BRI offers employers administration for IRS 125 flexible spending accounts (FSA), IRS 105(h) health reimbursement accounts (HRA) and IRS
132(f) commuter benefit accounts. Serving over 1,200 employers nationwide, BRI has become a recognized leader in providing technically advanced plan administration.

Question: How has your company sustained continual growth?
DiBarnaba: BRI has made a concerted effort to offer employers the most technically advanced administration services in the marketplace. Our Beniversal and eTRAC debit cards for FSA and commuter accounts is a prime example. BRI was one of the first organizations in the country to adopt card technology to deliver pre-tax benefits to employees.
