Question: How has your company sustained continual growth?
Confer: Continued growth is due to our continuous push for new business opportunities and diversification.

Question: What has driven your growth to earn you the No. 68 spot on this year's Top 100?
Confer: Our ability to service our customers needs with on time delivery, high quality at a competitive price

Question: What additional services can the Rochester Business Alliance provide to help your business?
Confer: Keep doing what you're doing! Most business people have a full plate and it is sometimes difficult to participate in events that RBA sponsors. I appreciate the effort that is being put forth by your organization.

Question: What signs of optimism do you see in the local economy?
Confer: Interestingly, it changes sometimes by the day. I believe that no matter what your belief is, painting a 'doom and gloom' picture will hamper efforts for overall improvement. Rochester has a lot to offer. Our market just may change from high manufacturing to other areas.

Question: What are the biggest opportunities you see ahead, as well as the biggest challenges?
Confer: I think the biggest opportunities exist in areas in a niche type business. I also think the weak dollar is opening more opportunities than we are taking advantage of.

Question: What advice do you have for someone starting a small/new business here?
Confer: If you are starting a small business, I suggest setting realistic goals for starters. Beware of the true cost of getting started. Figuring double of what you expect should keep you safe. Also get support in areas that you are not strong in. Business managers and entrepreneurs are typically two different types of personalities.
