Question: Who are your customers?
Rose: Our customers are primarily Fortune 500 from various industries including manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, higher education, and healthcare.

Question: What has driven your growth to earn you the No. 15 spot on this year's Top 100?
Rose: Our growth stems from our ability to adapt and adjust to our clients' changing needs and to make the shift to a global service economy. Our 30 year reputation for world class quality services will also help us sustain growth into the future.

Question: What do you foresee for your local employment?
Rose: Datrose has been increasing our workforce both locally and nationwide. In the past year we have seen a 13% increase in our number of employees locally. We expect this trend to continue in the future.

Question: What trends are you seeing among your customers in terms of preferences?
Rose: Our customers continue to see the value in a true partnership rather than a "vendor" type of relationship. They understand that it is critical to view the business as a relationship to truly be "win-win". Our clients value the long term relationships that we have successfully built and see the benefits to their businesses. The average tenure of our clients is almost 20 years, while we continue to add new clients. The key to a successful relationship and satisfying the client is flexibility, responsiveness and quality which Datrose prides itself on.
