Women's Council presented with the 2007 Directors' Award

The Women's Council of Rochester, NY, (an affiliate of the Rochester Business Alliance) was presented the 2007 Directors' Award by the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys. Monica Mattioli, president of the Women's Council, graciously accepted the award at the Installation Dinner in late May.

The Directors' Award is awarded each year by GRAWA to a person or organization whose activities enhance the lives of women.

The Women's Council of Rochester is dedicated to enhancing opportunities and knowledge of business and professional women in the area. The Council organizes events such as business and social events, seminars and social projects, and award ceremonies such as the ATHENA award and Young Women of Distiction Award.
