Question: Tell me briefly about your business.
Oster: Structured Technologies is a neat company full of people who truly love the application of technology. So the people that work here are necessarily change agents. It is never boring. We are constantly looking at new ways to secure growing amounts of data, continually reacting to changing regulations and business demands.

Question: How does your company's ranking on the Top 100 differ from other achievements?
Oster: It is personally encouraging. We are very proud of the fact that Structured Technologies has been in business since 1989, and in 2007 we're growing faster than ever before. It is testament to the great people that work and live in Upstate New York. It also speaks volumes about the economic state of our region. It is by no means gloom and doom out there.

Question: What additional services can the Rochester Business Alliance provide to help your business?
Oster: Networking with a purpose. All of us business owners look for ways to tell our stories and sell our strengths specifically.

Question: What do you foresee for your local employment?
Oster: It will grow, slowly, but steadily.

Question: What advice do you have for someone who has an idea for a product but needs help bringing it to market?
Oster: Stay calm.
