Unshackle Upstate wrapped up its cross-state series of rallies with a gathering Tuesday in Albany, attended by about 100 people, including business and government leaders from across the region. The "road rally" was a success, gathering enthusiastic crowds in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Binghamton, before we headed to Albany. The best news: Just as we arrived in Albany, state legislators passed a reform package for workers' compensation, which has been the No. 1 item on Unshackle Upstate's agenda.
