The Rochester Fair Share Coalition announced that it will continue to push for equity in state aid for the City of Rochester. The coalition, led by the Rochester Business Alliance, delivered identical letters stating Rochester's case for a fair share of state aid to Gov. Eliot Spitzer, Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno, Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and the Legislative Fiscal Committee chairs.
"But we won't stop there," Rochester Business Alliance President and CEO Sandy Parker said. "The Fair Share Coalition will go to Albany and walk the halls. We'll send faxes, make phone calls, write e-mails and do whatever it takes to make our voices heard."
