Rochester Business Alliance conducts the most comprehensive benchmarking surveys available in the Rochester area. Participation is open to members only at the Corporate and Partner levels. Organizations participating in surveys automatically receive a complimentary copy of those survey results. Wage and benefit surveys also can be purchased.

Wage and Benefit Surveys (local and national)
RBA conducts four local wage and salary surveys each year - Professional/Managerial, Nonexempt, Health and Human Services and Manufacturing. We also sponsor participation in two national surveys - National Executive Compensation Survey and and Policy & Benefits Survey.

Research Reports and Mini Surveys
RBA conducts four annual research reports on health insurance, wage adjustments, holidays and turnover. We also have conducted a variety of mini-surveys on topics of member interest.
