Payroll Services

Our payroll services provide you with a transparent and customized service geared to your temporary, project-based employees or part-time employees, as well as retirees, summer hires or new hires through their initial probationary period.

Our plan is used after you have recruited a person or group through your own selection process. The Rochester Business Alliance then completes the hiring process by payrolling these individuals and saving you time, as well as administrative and liability dollars at no additional professional services cost.

The Rochester Business Alliance assumes the responsibility for administrating all related payroll functions such as:

  • Providing weekly paychecks
  • Deducting and reporting statutory benefits
  • Providing unemployment insurance coverage
  • Providing disability insurance coverage
  • Providing workers' compensation insurance coverage
  • Processing and mailing year-end tax information
  • Medical coverage available at group rates
  • Reporting of new hires to state agencies
