2007 / 2008 Policies and Benefits Survey
This biennial publication is a comprehensive survey of employee/community relations, pay practices, working conditions, health and welfare benefits, recruitment, and training and development policies and practices. Nationally, 2,194 companies participated in this survey, including 133 Rochester-area Rochester Business Alliance Corporate and Partner members. Information is provided in two separate report formats: National and Rochester. Within each report you will find a detailed analysis of data broken down by company size which allows employers to benchmark against similarly sized organizations.
