These free meetings are held at our State Street offices, from 8 to 9 a.m. on the first and third Fridays of the month and are a benefit offered only to our Partner, Corporate and Business Builder members.

Join us as Sharon Stiller, partner at Abrams Fensterman and author of " Employment Law in New York", discusses best practices on how employers should handle those troubling situations where employees are involved in fights or caught with illegal substances at work, who are arrested/jailed, or who are dealing with domestic violence. Stiller will also discuss handling subpoenas and convictions. Stiller is a former Assistant District Attorney and also taught at Great Meadow Correctional Facility, so her experience and background in both criminal and employment law will give employers unique insights on handling these unexpected issues.
