Benchmarking Data: Our annual benchmarking surveys - available only to members at the Partner and Corporate levels - provide valuable data on local and national wages, benefits and human resource trends.

Human Resources Helpline: Business Builder, Corporate and Partner-level members can get assistance with their HR-related issues and request sample polices and forms via phone or by email.

Human Resources Forums:Our HR forums promote information sharing and networking with peers. There are five different forums, some organized by company size and experience level, others by subject matter.

Friday Business Briefings: These complimentary sessions - open to Partner, Corporate, and Business Builder level members - focus on HR and business topics that are relevant and timely. Meetings are typically held the first and third Friday of each month.

Emergency Closing Service: This complimentary service is part of an established process enabling authentication of phone calls from employers to radio and television stations, which helps prevent fraudulent closing announcements.

Publications: Employer's Guide to New York State Labor Laws - A complimentary electronic version is provided to RBA members at the Business Builder, Corporate and Partner levels. Published annually in partnership with Nixon Peabody LLP, the guide answers commonly asked labor law questions in an easy-to-read format.

Safety Solutions Guide - Includes tools to inform and educate your workforce and manage the daily process of safety. Three versions are available: Office/Administrative, Manufacturing/Service and Local Government.
