RHBA Presents Check for the Hispanic Scholarship Endowment Fund
Eduardo Navarro, president of the Rochester Hispanic Business Association presents a $1,000 check to the Hispanic Scholarship Endowment Fund. Accepting is Hilda Rosario Escher, Ibero's CEO; in the background, Grace Tillinghast, chair of the Scholarship Committee, and also a member of RHBA.
The Fund, established a couple of decades ago, provides scholarships to area Hispanic students who pursue a college education. Eight outstanding students received scholarships in 2007.
