| Description | FOOD SERVICE ASSOCIATE Responsibilities Perform assigned stations on the tray-line meeting departmental standards for quality, accuracy and speed. Perform assigned stations in the dish-room meeting department standards for quality, accuracy and speed. As assigned, deliver all meals to and from units and/or collect all soiled trays following department standards. Perform assignments in other areas within the department as requested by supervisor. Maintain the highest level of Customer Service as outlined by department and ViaHealth standards. Thoroughly replenish work stations and supplies for next meal. Transport all food and non-food items to appropriate units as assigned. Prepare and/or deliver trays called for by Nursing Units and document form requests maintaining quality, accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and deliver all between meal snacks as assigned. Responsible for attending and retaining all Inservice Information requested. Maintain a personal representation of the Food and Nutrition Service Department through professionalism, hygiene and uniform. PATIENT TRAY LINE, 3-4 WEEKENDS OUT OF THE MONTH, PART TIME, MUST PASS CBC AND HAVE MMR DATES AND CURRENT PPD RESULTS. |
